A couple notes ahead of our meeting next week.

Reminder - we are now reviewing individual sections in our monthly call scheduled as follows. So PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 10 and 11 AHEAD OF THIS THURSDAY's CALL.

To make review and Draft 2 development easier, I have re-organized working drafts - https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/17DOwyeEGMNMUYg_e2b52RLZo3BjjUU6r?usp=sharing

I have ported every comment and suggested change from the individual section documents, Draft 1, and other feedback received into Draft 2. There is now one document with all the comments. Moving forward PLEASE MAKE ANY UPDATES IN DRAFT 2.

Everything else has been moved to zArchive.
