[FSEMC] Software Release

Hello All:

During the 2019 FSEMC in Utrecht, Netherlands, an item submitted by Delta Air Lines on fixes through the release of completely new software releases created a significant amount of discussion. Over the last few years, the industry has moved to a software release approach mostly driven by suppliers, Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and Training Device Manufacturers (TDMs). During the 2019 FSEMC Conference, the need to hold a meeting to explore how the software release approach could be better adapted to users' and operators' needs was raised.

Attached is the meeting announcement for this exploratory meeting. The meeting is January 21-22, 2020, in Atlanta, Georgia hosted by Delta Air Lines.
