We are looking forward to the upcoming 2024 FSEMC.  This year's opportunities include:

Shared Conference Sponsor
Shared Conference Sponsors receive recognition on our website, during the conference, and in the conference proceedings (if signed up in time for the release of the FSEMC Program) and FSEMC Report.
FSEMC Showcase Reception Sponsor
Joining as a sponsoring organization for the Showcase Reception is a great way to promote your company brand. The sponsorships provide food, beverages, and entertainment during this event open to all FSEMC attendees.  In appreciation for your sponsorship, your organization will receive recognition during the reception and in the Opening Session. Other recognitions in the mobile app apply as mentioned below.

Mobile App, Organization Highlight
The Mobile App offers many opportunities for staying connected to the conference, reaching out to business partners and customers, and increasing the exposure of your company's brand. Our Mobile App is available before, during, and after the conference. Taking advantage of the organization highlight opportunity keeps your brand and product information in the hands of those attending the conference.

Daytime Exhibit Options
Daytime Exhibits (numbered D-X) will be located in Salon V. Daytime exhibits remain in place and open Monday from 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Thursday from 7:30 am to 11:00 am.  The Monday Evening Showcase (4:00 pm - 7:00 pm) is included. Refreshment breaks are held in this area to help maximize traffic to your exhibit. Showcase Exhibit Options
Showcase Exhibits (highlighted yellow and numbered S-x) will be located in Salon V Monday Evening, 4:00 pm - 7:00 pm. All conference attendees are encouraged to attend. The Showcase includes various food stations and beverages from 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm.

Lunch Sponsors
As a convenience to the attendees and to avoid any unnecessary delays in returning to the conference, a buffet-style lunch may be possible through lunch-sponsoring organizations. There are 3 lunches possible: Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Lunch sponsors receive recognition on our website, in our mobile app, during the lunch itself, and at various times before the conference day begins, during breaks, and at the end of the conference day. Video opportunities may be included. The video will play in the conference ballroom during the break where the sponsorship applies.

Networking Break Sponsors
Refreshments during the morning and afternoon breaks are provided by break sponsoring organizations. Morning and afternoon refreshments include regular coffee, decaffeinated coffee, tea, and a snack. There are 5 refreshment breaks: Tuesday morning and afternoon, Wednesday morning and afternoon, and Thursday morning. Sole Break Sponsors may designate a particular break. Break sponsors receive recognition on our web site, on our mobile app, during the break, and during the conference. Video opportunities may be included. The video will play in conference ballroom during the break.

Registration Giveaways
The FSEMC Registration is the one place that interacts with every person participating either as an attendee and or exhibitor associated with the conferences.
