Paul, Luc, Greg:
The attached file contains updates to Section 2 - IPS Overview (pages 2-14) and Appendix C - Notional IPS Timelines (pages 23-28).  This version addresses ALL of the open action items from the December 2016 meeting, and it reflects editorial changes suggested by individual reviewers.  With these changes, my opinion is that these two sections are quite stable.  If this file is provided to IPS participants for review prior to the next telecon (1 March), we may be able to address any additional suggestions during the telecon and minimize the time spent re-reviewing these sections during the March meeting.
NOTE: Since work is continuing on Section 5 - Roadmap, I moved that section into a document separate from Section 2 and Appendix C.
