Attached is the IPS Subcommittee meeting agenda for June 25-27 at ESTEC. Please inform our host Guray Acar of your plans to attend before June 12 (Guray.Acar at esa.int<mailto:Guray.Acar at esa.int>). A 360 Virtual Tour of the Satellite Test Centre facilities is planned for Thursday, June 27 at 1400.

Looking forward to future meetings, please be prepared to comment in Noordwijk on your availability to attend meetings proposed as follows:

  *   October 21-23, 2019 - Annapolis, Maryland - Hosted by Collins IMS (dedicated AEEC mtg)
  *   During week of December 9-13, 2019 - Brussels, Belgium - Hosted by EUROCONTROL (dedicated AEEC mtg days; plus joint EUROCAE/RTCA/AEEC mtg; schedule TBD)
  *   During week of March 9-13, 2020 - Montreal, Canada - Hosted by IATA (dedicated AEEC mtg days; plus joint ICAO/EUROCAE/RTCA/AEEC mtg; schedule TBD)

Working papers for Noordwijk will be circulated one week before the meeting.
