Paul,
An update to PP858 DRAFT1 is posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint as PP858d1-02_20200420.docx.  This version includes the following changes:
*         Section 3.6.2 - New text to replace editorial comment and address internal interfaces consistent with the external interface section (3.6.1).
*         Attachment 2 - Additional updates to terminology per the recent ICAO WG-I telecon, updated terms in ICAO WG-I WP3003, plus additional updates discussed via e-mail.
*         Attachment C - Updates from COL-IMS to address Airtel comments.
*         General (entire document) - Additional updates to text and some figures for consistency with terminology in Figure 2-1 and Attachment A.  (I'm working offline with Ron Dlouhy to update the figures in Attachment C to be consistent with the terminology - planned for the next version.)

The attached file contains an update to the IPS Logical Connections diagram that incorporates suggested improvements from HON and COL-IMS.
For the telecon on Tuesday, I recommend that we review and attempt to disposition open comments in the document.  As a starting point, the attached PDF file contains all of the technical (non-editorial) comments in Section 2 and Section 5, along with potential options and/or recommendations for how to resolve.  For comments that cannot be resolved in real-time during the call, then I'd like to assign a specific action.
