The PP858d2-01_20200915 (pre-M15).docx draft document is posted on the AEEC IPS SharePoint.  This is a quasi-clean version where I've accepted editorial changes and deleted resolved comments, but I've maintained redline/strikeout/comments that are germane to the meeting discussion next week.  Notable changes include:
*       General - Replaced references to Message Integrity Check (MIC) with DTLS V1.3 in text and figures, per discussions in ICAO WG-I Security Subgroup.
*       Section 2.1.6.1 - Updated SATCOM overview, which has been reviewed by Inmarsat and Iridium
*       Section 4.4.3 - Updated data flow segregation text
*       Sections 5.4, 5.5 - Revised figures based on comments and offline discussions
*       Attachment 3, Section 3.4.2 - Updated tables based on comments from Boeing
*       Attachment 4, Section 4.4 - Marked for potential deletion (related to MIC)
*       Attachment 4, Section 4.8 - Deleted (related to MIC)
*       Attachment 5 (*NEW*) - Detailed message log format material moved from Section 4.4.2.2
*       Appendix B, B-3, B-4.1 - Text/Figures updated (related to MIC)

In addition, there's been very significant progress on the proposed changes to Appendix C, IPS Gateway.  However, since further discussion is needed to achieve consensus on the proposed changes, I did not feel the material was mature enough to incorporate into the main document.  The in-progress file PP858d2-AppxC Proposal Edited_20200915 (DRAFT).docx is also posted on the SharePoint.  This is a clean document since virtually everything in Sections C-2 thru C-4 is new, and the other sections are original text - yellow-highlighted Editor Notes in the document explain further.

Thanks for distributing this information to the AEEC IPS participants.  I will prepare a document status summary for the meeting next week.
