[MMC] Mechanical Maintenance Conference--Information

Excitement is building and the first Mechanical Maintenance Conference (MMC) is now just 6 months away.
The MMC Discussion Item downloadable Word file form and Guide are on the MMC website and are attached to this email http://aviation-ia.com/amc/mmc/upcoming/index.html.   You can start submitting your discussion items now to Sam.buckwalter at sae-itc.org<mailto:Sam.buckwalter at sae-itc.org>
The symposium topic for 2017 MMC has been selected.  The Wednesday symposium is PMA Parts.
The MMC Exposition (EXPO) will take place on Tuesday, November 7, from 1700 to 2000. MMC suppliers, system integrators, NDT, ground equipment suppliers and others will have an opportunity to demonstrate their  products and services to the aviation maintenance community. The MMC Expo will be held at the InterContinental in the Ballroom.
Expo locations will be reserved on a first come, first served basis. If you are interested in the exhibiting, sponsoring a coffee break, or looking to increase your brand recognition through our MMC Mobile App, please contact Vanessa Mastros (vanessa.mastros at sae-itc.org)<mailto:Vanessa.mastros at sae-itc.org> . A packet of information will be forthcoming in the near future.

Registration is required to participate in any and all activities associated with the conference (e.g., Expo, coffee breaks, symposium, conference, etc.). Those who do not preregister in advance will be required to do so at the door.  The negotiated rate with the hotel is available until Friday  September, 29th.   Thereafter, the preferred rate will not be available for any nights. The MMC event is shaping up nicely.  We will have a good venue, a unique reception, and great technical discussion.  On behalf of the AMC Steering Group, we look forward to seeing you all there!
