Hi Sam,

After a bunch of work, here is the 424A draft to send out before the meeting. This is the XML schemas & the UML.

1. I fixed an issue with the NavaidClass data type. This prevented NDB, VHF, and Markers records from being valid...so I could not leave it. Each navaid now has a type class that uses the content Honeywell did, but organizes it so the children classes are used. Looks to be a simple/honest mistake, so I fixed them.

2. The following known issues exist:

a. custAreaCode and/or customerCode seem to have some odd consequences in the data, which probably should get fixed (I have just not gotten to figure out why yet)

b. ataIataDesignator has a similar issue as item a.

c. The following Records are not finished: (They either need the 'leg' concept and I am not 'smart enough' on those records to divide up the data between the leg/record -or-the schema has some bugs and confused me to the point I could not easily fix them so I moved on to easier work first)

                                                               i. Airways + Airways Restriction

                                                             ii. CompanyRoute

                                                            iii. Communications + EnrouteCommunications

                                                           iv. preferedRote

                                                             v. GeographicalReferenceTable

                                                           vi. flightPlanningRecords

d. All records may have repetitive information (e.g., a data element repeated with each sequence instead of just once with the parent)

3. We are going to need to crowdsource final review of the sample data. The sample data is syntactically correct per the schemas we have...so if some of the data looks odd we need to fix the schemas.

a. I can probably make some real test data by hand after we have the fixes/reviews locked down.
