Dear SAI Subcommittee participant:

I hope you are making plans to attend the upcoming SAI Subcommittee meeting at the Lufthansa Conference Center in Frankfurt, June 16-18, 2015.

If you need a hotel in Frankfurt, Lufthansa is recommending the Dorint Hotel in Sulzbach. Rooms on hold to May 22. See info attached.

Dear Paul,

this week it looks not so good with the Hotel prices. I can offer you a Hotel near the Main Taunus Zentrum in Sulzbach. Is not in down town, but it is really nice. Nearby there is a shopping center, where you will find nice shops, restaurants and a cinema. Also you can go to Höchst, which is close to Sulzbach. There you will also find good German restaurants. Along the Main river you can go for a walk and thereafter at the beach bar you can have a snack and drink something and enjoy the view on the main river. With the subway which is located in Höchster Bahnhof you can reach the down town in 15 minutes. The Hotel is directly located on the Autobahn A66 where you can reach the airport as well as the down town in 15 minutes.
The point is you need to make the decision, if you would like to have the rooms, until the 20th of May. I have made a request for 15 rooms.
I will attach you some information about the Hotel. The prices are including breakfast. The Hotel does not provide a Shuttle bus. If you do not like the location I can try to find another Hotel. ☺
