[SAI] Messages/Updates for AEEC GAT WG Team

Hello Global Aircraft Tracking Participants,

Attached please find additional notes and follow-on from the Memphis meeting last week.  Please keep in mind that Boeing is organizing regular WebEx calls each Wednesday.

1.) August GAT WG meeting in Kelowna, BC: Announcement attached, AEEC registration:
                        a.) GatAnnounceAug18.pdf

Note: The hotel room block at significantly reduced rate has seen minimal reservations so far.  Please reserve your hotel room by the end of this month if possible.  The window for reduced rate rooms arranged by Skytrac will close soon.

2.) Schedule updates: The SAI team has finalized the schedule for our co-located GAT WG-SAI SC meetings for 2019.  Our 1st half 2019 face-to-face meeting schedule now will be:
                a.) February co-located SAI-GAT: 4-6 GAT WG, Feb 7-8 SAI SC: Coral Gables, Florida USA, Hosted by Gables Engineering
    b.) Early April timeframe: GAT only meeting: Johannesburg area, South Africa: Hosted by SatAuth
                c.) June co-located SAI-GAT: June 17-19 GAT WG, June 20-21 SAI SC: Toulouse France, Hosted by Airbus

3.) A429 Label submission:
            a.) ARINC TiF-TrS Labels 201 and 202 REV A.pptx
            b.) Distress Trigger bit-flip (Hamming Distance) distances (3 to 6 bit matrices) REV A.xlsx
            c.) GAT A429 SEU ROM estimate REV B.pptx

Next steps:
1.) To be completed by early next week: Airbus, Embraer, Boeing complete checking for possible interfering uses of label numbers and acceptability of trigger bit-length/error correction approach.
2.) Discussion in on-going SC-229 meeting (this week)
3.) Finalize submission material and submit to ARINC 429 team (by end of month)

4.) Timely Recovery of Flight Data Memphis meeting minutes and updated requirements map and requirements tables (including final functional block diagram):
