Hi Everyone,

Please find a meeting invitation for our next 2 hour Webex meeting on September 1 starting at 11 EDT.

I have attached the latest draft of the Master document both in a markup and no-markup format. The changes since the last Webex (July 27) are in red text in the markup. I believe I have added/revised text to address all outstanding items. The one exception is the action to revise/improve text related to holding patterns. This draft integrates the Intent Bus and Polar Navigation content and address a number of remaining comments from the meeting in Montreal. It also contains a recent proposal from Boeing to update the ACARS interface. I assumed it would not be controversial and went ahead and integrated it into the Master document. It is also included as a separate attachment (i.e. white paper type format). Finally, the document also contains a preliminary glossary (thank you Sylvain).

The goal is to review the latest changes and address anything that needs to be addressed in advance of a final review and comment (FRAC) period. There is a face-to-face meeting in Seattle November 28-30 to address comments that come out of FRAC and finalize the document. We will see where we are at the end of the Webex next Friday and make any necessary adjustments. We may need/want one more Webex in mid-September depending on how things go.
