Hello All,

   Just a quick reminder that our next HRCS Strategy Group call will be next Tuesday, May 7th.   On this call, we will review the HRCS Consortium documents attached above.  We believe an SAE-ITC Consortium is the best structure to lead development on a go-forward basis.  We see an opportunity to move proactively to speed IVHM implementation through the application of the JA6268 standard and ancillary protocols.   A single standard can help avoid the proliferation of multiple different approaches which would be costly and counterproductive.
   It is our intent that members of the HRCS Consortium decide which challenges to undertake and how best to accomplish them on a go-forward basis.  If action is taken now, industry standard practices, protocols, and standards can be implemented such that Suppliers, Integrators/OEMs, and Operators/Customers can all benefit with interoperable methods, improved performance feedback, and increased reliability with concomitant greater customer satisfaction- a "win-win-win."
   Please review the attached documents, and we look forward to speaking with you all again on May 7th.
